"My Thoughts on the Arylic A50+ Amplifier"
I want to share my thoughts on Arylic Audio. I recently picked up their A50+ wireless streaming integrated stereo amplifier. At first glance, I was a tad doubtful about how well it would perform given its size. But since I was working with a tight budget, I decided to go for it anyway. The purchasing experience was super easy, and the delivery came way earlier than expected. After setting up the amp, which was a breeze thanks to the 4stream app, I was really impressed with the sound quality it delivered. For what I spent, the outcome was way better than I thought it would be. Plus, this little gem offers a variety of connection options—line in, optical, USB, Bluetooth, WiFi... you name it, it’s got it. All in all, I’m a very happy user of the Arylic A50+ amp.

"Background Noise and Lack of Support"
I purchased an amplifier board, and man, it’s got a ton of background noise. Tried reaching out for help, but they just don’t respond. Their chat claims they’ll reply in 24 hours, but I’ve messaged them like 10 times this past week, and still nothing. Now I’m left with a totally useless amp.

"Arylic Up2Stream HD DAC: A Game Changer! 🎶"
I'm a thrilled user of the Arylic S50 Pro, which I’ve been using to stream Hi-Res music from Amazon Music Unlimited on my Android phone.
I’ve been using it in Bluetooth mode since I prefer the original Amazon app and, more importantly, the Poweramp Equalizer that lets me fine-tune the frequencies just right.
I was drawn in by the new Up2Stream HD DAC, which claimed to enhance sound quality with a fresh ESS DAC and, best of all, promised 'No Downsampling' for true 1:1 playback.
After a while, I decided to go for it, and it came with a stunning case, replacing my S50 Pro.
Wow! This purchase has been spot on!
Using it in Wi-Fi mode (and trust me, the difference from Bluetooth is huge), it feels like I didn’t just upgrade a streamer; it’s like I swapped out my entire Hi-Fi setup from decent but basic brands to high-end McIntosh gear or something similar!
My old Pioneer 6500 Mk.II amp, paired with a basic Behringer EQ and KEF Q55 Mk.II floor speakers, now delivers the best sound I’ve ever experienced, breathing new life into my system.
With the volume dialed to 1.5, my vintage Hi-Fi creates a genuine 'Wall of Sound.' The power and clarity are mind-blowing, with perfect channel separation and a balanced output for different instruments and vocals, revealing details I’ve never noticed before.
The soundstage is powerful and detailed, with voices and instruments clearly distinguishable yet beautifully integrated.
Listening to Freddie Mercury belt out 'Love of My Life' with my eyes closed feels like having Queen perform live right in my living room!
Wow, just incredible!
Big shoutout to Fran for designing this 'gem' and to Joy for flawlessly handling the order and delivery.
If anyone wants to elevate their old Hi-Fi to an unexpected level of quality, grabbing the Up2Stream HD DAC Card is a true blessing. It’s the best money I’ve spent, with noticeable effects right from the first listen of any familiar track.
Just a small request to Fran: please add direct access to the Amazon Music app, like you have for Spotify and Tidal.
Up2Stream HD DAC... give it a shot, and you’ll find it hard to live without it. A genuine (good) addiction!
"Compact yet mighty A50+"
We swapped out our bulky, complex Panasonic receiver for the compact yet mighty A50+ and couldn't be happier. Setup was a breeze.
Awesome device, and I totally recommend it!!!

"Upgrading My HMK 100 Stereo Amplifier"
I’ve been working on upgrading my HMK 100 stereo amplifier, which hails from the old East Germany. One of the best things about this amp is its impressive loudness, and it pairs wonderfully with BR25, BR26, or HECO speakers from the '90s that share similar components.
On the flip side, it lacks a remote control. A few years ago, I tackled that issue by adding a Chinese-made analog preamplifier board that features four switchable inputs and manages a power servo for control. This board operates on 12-18v, which is already present in the amplifier. It also has a pin that outputs 5v, which I’m using to power the up2stream.
Speaking of the up2stream, my aim was to bring some “digital” capabilities to my vintage amp. Initially, the pure up2stream introduced some static noise, but that problem vanished once I incorporated the additional DAC board.
For now, everything is connected within the old amplifier, though it’s not fully installed in its new spot yet. I’m a bit concerned that the combination of the amp and up2stream might generate too much heat for the digital board, so I might consider adding a small fan to the setup. I also plan to include a LAN input and a USB input for the amplifier.
Overall, the product has been solid, and the support has been good too. However, I think the website could benefit from more detailed product descriptions. I really hope the support continues to be reliable for a long time.

"Arylic A30+ Amplifier"
I've been on the hunt for a good way to enjoy Spotify out on the patio for quite some time. During my search, I stumbled upon the Arylic A30+. This little device is amazing! It's compact, the app is user-friendly, and the sound quality is top-notch. We’ve set it up so the amplifier stays inside the house while it connects to outdoor speakers. The coolest part? Since it’s wifi-enabled, we don’t have to step inside to manage it; we just cast from Spotify and handle everything through the app. I definitely recommend it!

"Best amplifier I've ever used for the cost"
I picked up the A30+ around two weeks back and I’m really digging it. It's been super useful for putting together my home audio setup. The A30+ truly delivers one of the finest sounds I've experienced from a wireless amplifier in this price bracket.

"Up2Stream HD DAC: Now Supports 24/192 Output"
I've got some experience with Arylic's gear, like the S10 and Mini V3 pcb. They handle high-res files (not DSD) up to 192 but then down-sample to 44.1KHz/16bits. I was really impressed by how flexible these budget-friendly streamers are (less than £100, which is a steal for audiophiles). The S10 offers USB, WiFi, Network, Bluetooth, aux input, and aux output. The Mini V3 has similar features but lacks a network port; however, it allows for SPDIF and an external DAC. I added an ESS9023 and SPDIF, which boosted the sound quality (already pretty decent).
You can control Arylic products via a phone app, a web link, or an IR remote. They can be set up for multiroom use and offer extensive sound manipulation options through a $20 software app—check out the workbench audio effect tool on the Arylic website for more info.
For music connectivity, it supports Spotify Connect, Airplay, Qplay, DLNA, UPnP, and services like Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, Napster, and Amazon Music, among others. When it comes to value for money, you'd have to spend a lot more to find something that outperforms these.
What sets the Up2Stream HD DAC apart is that it doesn’t down-sample this time; it outputs up to 24/192 and includes APTX HD and Airplay 2. Still no DSD or MQA support (though there’s talk of adding that in a future update). Launched in January 2022, it’s pretty solid but pricier at $249 (keep an eye out for discounts; I snagged mine at a great price).
It’s a bare board setup, roughly the size of a Raspberry Pi, but specifically designed for audio, featuring an ESS 9038Q2m DAC. It has SPDIF optical and coaxial, RCA outputs, IIS output, and access to MCU GPIO pins for add-ons. Right off the bat, it sounds fantastic whether I connect the analog output to my Cayin Valve amp or use the SPDIF with my RME ADI-2 DAC FS.
Currently, it can only be controlled via the phone app; there’s no web app yet, but you can buy a separate IR controller. The software tool available for other Arylic products isn’t ready yet.
So, why should you consider it? If you want full HD (24/192) for streaming apps like Qobuz HD and Tidal HiFi, plus DLNA and UPnP, this is a solid choice. I’m banking on Arylic’s promises for future updates, including an external display, and they’re hinting at Amazon HD (yes, please!) and MQA (not too concerned about that).
They have a great user forum, and some folks are using DIY boards for impressive builds and multiroom setups. I even printed a 3D case for mine (check out the pics in the Arylic user forum).
Right now, I’m enjoying this with my HEDD headphones through my RME, and I’m loving it, even with the 16-bit Amazon feed. So do yourself a favor and check out Arylic products; both your ears and your wallet will thank you.

"Top-notch rating thanks to fantastic customer support!"
I give a high rating mainly because of the fantastic customer support (quick responses to questions and a tailored fix for a minor issue). My recent dealings with Cambridge were also positive, while BlueSound's support was quite lacking.
What I appreciate:
- Excellent performance at a super low cost
- Various input and output options
- The convenience of turning it on and picking up right where I left off with just the remote, no need to grab my phone.
- Functions as a pre-amp for active speakers and supports analog inputs.
For future versions, I’d recommend Arylic to consider adding:
- ChromeCast (though I mostly use Qobuz).
- Support for higher resolutions through the digital outputs, as it’s currently capped at 44.1kHz/16 bits.
- Bluetooth output for headphones would be a nice touch (though the hardware doesn’t support it), to skip the need for a built-in headphone amp and just allow a BT-headphone connection. But maybe that’s asking a bit much.

"Awesome Device"
I've got 6 Up2 steam gadgets and I really dig 'em! Being a DIY enthusiast, I managed to create a complete audio setup for my house with these. After several years of use, they perform wonderfully. If you run into any issues with setup or configuration, their tech support is top-notch. Can't wait to grow my system further! My upcoming project is a subwoofer with the up2stream 2.1 amp. Give 'em a shot, you won't regret it!
